Learn more about what it means to become a team member with Carolina Cat./ph3Position Summary/h3pPosition is responsible for maintaining accurate equipment inventory for the sales department, assisting customers, and supporting the Sales Representatives as needed./ph3Essential Functions/h3ulliCoordinates pre-deliveries and regular services with main shops. Reviews work order for assigned sales group./liliOversees new machine and attachment, sales paperwork process. Requests sales packet from sales representative./liliVerifies that sales orders, purchase orders are signed and complete. Processes sales orders, sends to finance department to invoice./liliMaintains accurate equipment and attachment inventory by coordinating the machines and attachments needed by customers and sales representative. Oversees the inspection, maintenance and cleaning of machines upon return./liliAssists sales representative with conversion quotes and pricing. Obtains pricing for new machine and attachments requested, any Cat programs involved, availability of equipment from Cat and other vendors./liliCommunicates with other coordinators when new attachments need to be reordered./liliEnsures appropriate pre-shipping and receiving documents with accurate hours, condition, ship date, receiver, purpose of shipment when machines leaves or arrives./liliOversees yard attendants in preparing machines, notifying of machine status and movement, obtaining transfer documents./liliMaintains demonstration
loaner reservations./liliAdheres to all customer care standards./liliMay accomplish training and serve as a team member in support of Carolina Cats strategic programs, projects, and initiatives./liliWorks within and promote corporate vision, mission, and values of the organization./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulh3Qualifications/h3pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
