Information Technology/h2pLocation: Omaha, NE (Travel to WarHorse Gaming properties required) Department: Information Technology Reports To: VP of Information Technology Employment Type: Full-Time Pay: $95,000 annually/ph3Position Summary/h3pThe Senior System Analyst serves as a key liaison between business leaders and Information Technology, ensuring technology solutions effectively support operational goals. This role partners closely with stakeholders to analyze business challenges, design system solutions, support enterprise applications, and coordinate enhancements that drive efficiency, reliability, and value across the organization./ppThe ideal candidate is both technically strong and business-minded, with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions in a fast-paced, 24/7 gaming and entertainment environment./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliPartner with senior business and IT leaders to develop technology roadmaps for functional areas./liliLearn and understand business systems to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization./liliAnalyze business problems and coordinate technical solutions that align with organizational goals./liliGather, document, and analyze business and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders./liliTroubleshoot complex hardware and software issues and recommend effective solutions./liliCoordinate system administration, maintenance, updates, and enhancements./liliServe as a primary liaison between system users, vendors, IT teams, and MIS departments./liliCoordinate implementation of application enhancements and system improvements./liliProvide immediate support during system outages or production interruptions./liliMaintain a calm, logical approach when resolving issues with users, staff, and vendors./liliRecommend hardware and software solutions to support evolving business needs./liliAssist with system installations, upgrades, and ongoing technical support./liliLead knowledge sharing and training sessions for IT support staff and system users./liliServe as a lead IT resource for reporting and data access, including SQL queries and user training./liliPerform additional duties as assigned./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)./liliMinimum of 10 years of Information Systems experience, including systems analysis./liliAbility to quickly understand complex business systems and technical architectures./liliStrong relationship-building skills with the ability to earn credibility and trust./liliExperience with enterprise-level systems (e.g., Player Tracking Systems, CRM platforms)./liliSolid understanding of application architecture and system integrations./liliKnowledge of IT infrastructure and networking concepts./liliStrong data analysis and SQL query skills./liliExcellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities./li/ulh3Core Competencies/h3ulliCommunication/liliAnalytical
