  • Assist in the development of training programs to enhance team proficiency in CBM, predictive diagnostics, and Maximo utilization.
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Government Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work directly with Government counterparts to investigate equipment failures and determine mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate maintenance findings, reliability trends, and improvement opportunities in a clear, professional manner.
  • Support Government-led assessments and contribute to contract-level planning for maintenance improvements.

Compliance, Monitoring & Recommendations

  • Monitor overall asset performance and ensure adherence to contractual, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Initiate actions to resolve operational deficiencies, improve equipment health, and strengthen maintenance processes.
  • Recommend CBM, instrumentation, and monitoring enhancements to the Government to support improved data collection and reliability outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical teams and Government personnel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of improving reliability outcomes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary, mission-critical environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CMRP, CRL, Vibration Analyst, Thermography Level I/II, etc.
  • Experience supporting Federal contracts or work in aerospace, research facilities, or industrial environments.
