About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential and/or commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and complete necessary repairs
• Install replacement parts and components as needed
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
• Maintain accurate service tickets and documentation
• Ensure all work complies with company standards and local codes
• Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
• Participate in an on-call rotation, as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in proper working condition

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service/maintenance experience preferred
• EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to diagnose common HVAC problems (electrical, refrigeration, airflow, mechanical)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Tech school or formal HVAC training is a plus
