Who We Are

MAXX Properties has been committed to delivering exceptional service since 1936, when Max Wiener and his son, Ralph, purchased their first 48-unit building in Brooklyn, NY. Nearly nine decades later, we've grown into a nationwide portfolio of 35+ communities with more than 9,000 owned units across seven states, along with 800+ cooperative units in New York. While our footprint has expanded, our mission remains the same: provide quality housing and unmatched service to the residents who call our communities home.
