Dispatcher (Remote)

Century Garage Doors is a fast-growing service company providing reliable, high-quality garage door repairs and installations. We are expanding our dispatching team and are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our technicians remotely.

Position Overview

The Dispatcher will oversee communication between our office, garage door technicians, and customers. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, strong communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully remote, but you must have a dedicated workspace and a strong, stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple WhatsApp groups and ensure all technicians send ETAs, status updates, and location updates throughout the day

• Contact customers to provide ETAs, confirm addresses, and follow up when needed

• Track technicians throughout the workday to ensure they are on schedule

• Update internal systems with job progress, technician status, and customer communication

• Ensure timely communication between customers and technicians

• Address issues or delays proactively to maintain smooth workflow

• Maintain clear and professional communication at all times

Requirements

• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience with dispatching, customer service, or coordination roles is a plus

• Ability to work independently and remain focused during shifts

• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace

• Comfortable using WhatsApp and other communication tools

• Must be eligible to work as a W9 contractor (may change in the future)
