Operations Coordinator / Communication Specialist – JLL

What this job involves: The Operations Coordinator / Communication Specialist will provide comprehensive operational support to our internal technician team by tracking performance metrics, ensuring compliance with programs and policies, and enhancing service delivery for our clients. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator who combines operational excellence with communication expertise, supporting daily field operations, assisting operations managers, and participating in technician onboarding while creating electronic communications, informational content, and promotional materials to support the internal technician team (Source: JLL Job Description ).

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Review reports (mileage, missing receipts, timecards) and expenses (Amazon, p-card purchases) for accuracy and approval
• Track and assist with onboarding and offboarding of personnel while serving as contact point for new hire candidates
• Own programs and ordering for uniforms and tools, ensuring new hires have all needed resources
• Create, analyze, and maintain spreadsheet reports to compile and track operational and financial data for facilities
