This position is responsible for managing multi-line phone systems efficiently, ensuring that all calls are answered promptly and routed correctly to support seamless communication. The Receptionist will perform a variety of general administrative duties, including greeting residents, visitors, , managing office supplies, and operating office equipment such as copy machines. By maintaining an organized and friendly front desk environment, the Receptionist supports the overall operational flow and contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Monday through Sunday variable hours, as needed to fill open shifts. Some Holiday availability required
