Part-Time RN/ Medical Assistant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN/Medical Assistant to join our growing team Our clinic specializes in providing cutting regenerative medicine to Boise. The ideal incumbent will be skilled RN, Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist with experience assisting physicians and supporting patients.

Job Duties:

• Preparing & processing blood samples.
• Rooming patience while providing exceptional patient care.
• Perform phlebotomy.
• Perform laser therapy.
• Prepare injections.
• Scrub patient rooms.
• Assist in procedures at the direction of our skilled providers.
• Take calls and assist with rescheduling of appointments, as needed.
• This person will make sure the back office flows smoothly, helping ensure patients are seen in a timely manner.
• Support clinic functions by order supplies, as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a medical office setting with patient care experience
• A calm and reassuring bedside manner
• Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
• Phlebotomy certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible schedule and ability to work in-clinic 1/2 days week
• Show up on time and ready
• Strong attention to detail and professionalism
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• Ability to draw blood.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to keep nervous patients calm.
• Ability to have a good pulse on appointment flow.

Schedule

• In clinic on Wednesdays
• Remote for administrative work as needed.

Pay
: $40-60/hr depending on experience

Schedule
: Wednesdays, 8:00AM- 6:00PM
