Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable Janitorial & Light Industrial Maintenance team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position plays a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring our work environments including common areas, production floors, and facilities are orderly and well maintained.

Key Responsibilities

Janitorial Duties

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean all facility floors and walk-through areas
• Empty trash, recycling, and ensure proper waste disposal
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Maintain clean windows, doors, and shared spaces
• Stock restroom and breakroom supplies

Light Industrial Maintenance

• Assist with general building maintenance tasks (changing light bulbs, filters, etc.)
• Support basic equipment cleaning and upkeep on the production floor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment staging and storage areas
• Report any facility or equipment issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
• Assist with safety-related tasks (spill cleanup, signage, clutter removal)

Other Duties

• Help with setup for company events or special projects
• Follow all safety and facility protocols

Qualifications
Prior janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance experience a plus.
Ability to lift moderate weight (up to 50 lbs).
Comfortable performing both physical and routine tasks.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
