Production Machining CNC Mill Operator

Job Description:

Produces components by operating CNC Milling machining centers, polishing & deburring parts, Reads and deciphers schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Positions or aligns components and parts, either manually or in fixtures. Conducts quality control checks & debur. This is an entry level position.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Operate equipment to manufacture & produce high quality parts & components.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to sales team or VS manager.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Improve efficiency.
• Complete and organize technical data, part ID and serialization.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of production machining and assembly experience required.

Be organized and detail oriented.

Proficient with all Microsoft software including word, excel, power point, etc.

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful

Proven ability to solve problems creatively
