Community Talent Recruiter

Overview
We are a fast-growing restoration and construction company looking for a high-energy Community Talent Recruiter who loves meeting people, building relationships, and helping grow a winning team. This is not a sit-behind-the-desk recruiting job. While some office work is required, this role includes regular field recruiting days where you'll be out in the community sourcing top sales and canvassing talent.

What You'll Be Doing

• Recruiting for roofing sales, canvassing, and field positions
• Spending select days in the field building relationships and finding talent in places like gyms, community events, job fairs, trade schools, networking groups, and local businesses
• Representing the company professionally within the community
• Hosting or helping coordinate small recruiting events and open houses
• Keeping a strong pipeline of motivated, high-performing candidates
• Reviewing applications and conducting quick, effective phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
• Creating job posts and supporting recruiting campaigns when needed
• Assisting with onboarding and new-hire coordination
• Tracking recruiting goals and celebrating wins with the team

• Organized and able to move fast
• Recruiting, sales, customer service, or community engagement experience is a plus
