What You'll Be Doing

• Build and deploy sophisticated
  propensity models
  to accurately predict customer acquisition and
  churn
  , enabling proactive retention and acquisition strategies.
• Develop and apply
  advanced analytics
  to uncover customer behaviors, lifetime value, and market dynamics, driving highly targeted engagement strategies.
• Apply
  machine learning
  and predictive modeling techniques, including
  NLP
  (Natural Language Processing), to forecast market trends, evaluate pricing strategies, and improve competitive positioning.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure the design of accurate, accessible, and scalable data pipelines and analytics infrastructure.
• Create frameworks to evaluate sales channel performance, enhance marketing effectiveness, and develop comprehensive dashboards and
  KPIs
  (Key Performance Indicators) for monitoring performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree
  (Master's preferred) in Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience
  in advanced analytics with a proven ability to deliver business-driving insights, preferably within the
  telecom industry
  (understanding customer acquisition, churn, and pricing).
• Proficiency
  in analytical tools and platforms, including
  Python
  ,
  R
  ,
  SQL
  , and data visualization tools like
  Tableau
  .
• Experience with
  propensity modeling
  ,
  machine learning
  algorithms, and NLP techniques.
• Experience with speech analytics tools (e.g., CallMiner, Verint, NICE) is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills, essential for translating complex data and technical findings into actionable, strategic business recommendations.
