The Role

We are seeking a highly organized, assertive, and responsible individual who intuitively understands patient needs. You should be someone who can think and react to events effectively and swiftly, ensuring the front office runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Advocacy: Greet patients and visitors with warmth; manage the "first impression" of the clinic.
  • Expert Scheduling: Manage high-volume phones and coordinate both sick and well-visit appointments efficiently.
  • Digital Management: Utilize our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system with precision and speed.
  • Workflow Coordination: Follow established office routines and policies to maintain a seamless patient experience.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1 year in the customer service industry. Previous medical receptionist experience or a background in general office work is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy and typing proficiency are required.
  • High level of tact, diplomacy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and the discipline to work independently under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Front Office Lead.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
