Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area for a Junior Quality Assurance Analyst. The Junior QA Analyst will create, document, and execute test cases to ensure software meets defined quality standards. Responsibilities include identifying defects, performing manual testing activities, analyzing data to improve quality processes, and collaborating with development teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes and methodologies
• Proficiency in performing Manual Testing and developing detailed Test Cases
• Excellent Analytical Skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in ensuring accuracy and consistency across test cases
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Experience with testing tools and familiarity with IT environments is an advantage
