Responsibilities
Assist servers by promptly bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area. Support bar operations by restocking supplies, glassware, and utensils to keep service efficient and seamless. Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing work areas, ensuring compliance with health standards. Help with food handling tasks when needed, including assisting in food prep or delivery to tables under supervision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests with a friendly attitude and responding to their needs courteously. Support catering events or special functions by setting up tables, serving beverages, or clearing after the event concludes. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.

Requirements
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Strong cleaning skills with an eye for detail to ensure all areas are hygienic and presentable. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or moving furniture as needed. Experience in bussing, food handling, or hospitality roles is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. A positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset are essential for success in this lively role. Knowledge of food industry standards or hotel experience can enhance your ability to excel in this position.
