Residential Cleaner

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of residential properties, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and customer satisfaction. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and excellent service are valued. Prior experience in cleaning or custodial work is preferred, but training will be provided for the right candidate. The position involves performing various cleaning tasks, including floor care, laundry, and general housekeeping duties, to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchens and bathrooms, including appliance cleaning and sanitation procedures
• Care for floors through sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor polishing as needed
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and maintaining professional communication
• Follow established safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments

Qualifications

• Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques including sanitation standards, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry processes
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation is a plus for traveling between client locations
• Basic knowledge of cooking is a nice-to-have but not required

Pay: $ $19.50 per hour
