About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Relationship Support Associate in Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at

The GPL Reporting Team plays a key role in supporting multiple business units and is known for delivering high-quality insights that influence decision making across the GPL organization. The team supports Service (Dedicated, NSG), Implementation, WellsOne, Billing, Fraud, Tech & Research.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for a complex portfolio of customers
  • Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Share leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accounts
  • Identify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolio
  • Review and analyze the decision process for customer accounts
  • Evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolio
  • Verify compliance and report identified issues for resolution
  • Present recommendations to resolve and exercise independent judgment
  • Develop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Interact with internal customers
  • Receive direction from leaders

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Treasury Management product knowledge and experience
  • Critical thinker with a focus on risk mitigation across varied scenarios
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational, multi-taking, and prioritizing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Basic Tableau/CLEAR Analytics skills 
  • Basic understanding of data analysis with ability to identify patterns and support risk and control efforts

Job Expectations:

  • The position hours may vary between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with specific times determined by operational needs
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
