Core Responsibilities:
Project Kickoff & Planning
- Conduct project kickoffs after sale to ensure scope, schedule, materials, and expectations are clearly defined
- Review estimates, drawings, measurements, and job notes before work begins
- Coordinate with the shop to confirm material availability, fabrication timelines, and readiness
Client Communication & Liaison Role
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, Re-Stair, the shop, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Address customer questions, concerns, and change requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded at every stage of the project
Jobsite Management & Quality Control
- Visit jobsites regularly to check progress and workmanship
- Ensure jobs are installed according to Re-Stair standards, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
- Enforce safety standards for Re-Stair crews and subcontractors
- Identify issues early and resolve them before they impact schedule or customer satisfaction
Scheduling & Coordination
- Coordinate schedules with subcontractors, installers, general contractors, and homeowners
- Confirm access, readiness, and sequencing with other trades when applicable
- Adjust schedules as needed due to site conditions, material delays, or scope changes
CRM & Administrative Management
- Manage all projects within Re-Stair's CRM system
- Keep job statuses, notes, photos, schedules, and communications up to date
- Track project milestones and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with documentation related to change orders, punch lists, and closeout
Sales & Estimating Support
- Assist with in-home consultations as needed
- Support estimating by gathering accurate field measurements, photos, and job details
- Help communicate scope, options, and expectations clearly to customers during consultations
- Reinforce Re-Stair's value, professionalism, and craftsmanship during sales interactions
Qualifications
- Experience in construction project management, remodeling, or specialty trades (stairs, railings, flooring, millwork preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners, subcontractors, and general contractors
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic estimating concepts
- Problem-solver with attention to detail and quality

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $64, $77,671.73 per year
