- Hillcrest Medical Center is a 656-bed hospital that includes The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women's Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, the latest technology for the treatment of cancer, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
- The RN Supervisor will promote the mission and values of Hillcrest Healthcare System and will be an active advocate of providing quality patient care, excellent customer service and efficient health care.
- As a member of the leadership team, this individual will be involved in departmental planning, budgeting, manpower planning and program development in accordance with HMC standards to deliver efficient, effective and quality patient care.
- The RN Supervisor will also be expected to staff the unit as a Charge Nurse as regularly and/or as needed.
- As an RN Supervisor, he/she is expected to adhere to and abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
Job Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or
