The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services including Perming, Tinting, Threading, and more. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and sales-focused Front Desk Sales Associate. Your focus will be on driving day-to-day salon operations with accuracy and efficiency as well as growing revenue through lead conversion, membership conversion, package sales, and providing an excellent customer experience to every guest. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage bookings, appointment details, and guest communications
• Convert incoming leads into new appointments
• Convert lash extension customers into new members
• Sell "Buy 3, Get 1 Free" ancillary service packages
• Give every guest an enthusiastic welcome and provide them with extraordinary customer service
• Maintain a clean and inviting environment

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years administrative, sales, and service experience in a salon business.
• Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication
• Strong partnership mindset with owners and stylist team
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
• Ability to work 5 hour shifts Monday - Saturday
