Key Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys in connection with all aspects of case management and document production, heavy document editing, proofreading and finalizing legal documents in Microsoft Word.
- E-filing in state, federal and appellate courts.
- Maintain attorney calendars, schedule meetings and conferences, enter billable time and process expense reports.
- Update electronic records, upload documents, and run reports.
- Possess strong skills using all of Microsoft's Office tools.
- Maintain and organize case files, organize paper and electronic documents for use in depositions or trials.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-5 years of legal experience.
- Commercial Litigation experience preferred.
- Exceptional technical skills required including knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook, Adobe Professional, iManage, Legal Tracker and electronic document management.
- Ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication and client service skills.
- Ability to switch gears and self-manage multiple, competing expectations with little to no supervision.
- Must be a team player with strong communication skills and a solid work ethic.
- Must be detailed-oriented.
- Excellent grammar and spelling skills are essential.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment are essential.
- Position requires in-office presence, 5 days per week. This is not a remote work position.
