Company Information:

Efficient Developments LLC, located in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking to add an Excavator Operator to their team. Efficient Developments LLC is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an Excavator Operator who is driven and professional to enhance the overall experience of our clients. The Operator must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The preferred candidate is a person who is looking for growth opportunities within a company.

Responsibilities will include:

· Operating excavator, rigging, moving pipe.

· Ability and willingness to operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights including excavators, loader backhoes, bulldozers, skid steering, etc.

· Performing routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment to maintain operational safety and efficiency.

· Assisting laborers with manual task as needed and required.

· Properly and safely setting up and taking down trench protection.

· Maintaining compliance with company, and OSHA rules, regulations, and guidelines.

· Performing, monitoring and maintaining equipment and records regarding equipment operations, maintenance, and safety.

· Excavating line and grade for mainline waterline according to project plans.

· Excavating around existing utilities with precision.

· Understanding and implementing trench depth & grade, pothole process, pipeline and grade compaction.

· Knowledge of safety policies and precautions common to operating heavy equipment including specific action to avoid other workers and equipment.

Required:

· At least two years trench excavation experience.

· At least one year rigging experience.

· Must be able to carry grades.

· At least two years' experience operating heavy equipment.

· Reliable transportation to and from work within a 50-mile radius from Uptown City Center.

· Capable of performing physical activities including driving and operating heavy equipment, lifting and moving up to 50lbs, bending, and standing for long durations under varying working conditions.

· Ability to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (i.e., steel toed boots, safety vest, respiratory protection (as needed), hard hat, gloves.

Job Type:

· Full-Time

· Monday – Fridays, typically 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

· Pay $25.00-$30.00 depending on experience and training needs.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
