divh2Inside Sales Representative/h2pThe Inside Sales Representative acts as the internal first line contact for assigned customer accounts. They are responsible for general and specific tasks related to the effective execution and support of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through account management and data analyzation. This position requires the following functions to meet customers needs: sales, expediting, quoting, and quality assurance./ppWork to meet all established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/ppAlways represents the company professionally and courteously./ppPartners with Sales team to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting/ppData entry, quote support, record management, researching activities, logistics (communication with warehouse), shipment scheduling, etc. via defined processes/ppEffective management of all customers master data (IE: shipping conditions, contract pricing, customer contact information, CRM data, prior day invoicing, order entry etc.)/ppProactively drives account management while executing tasks to support the sales process and move opportunities forward./ppCollaborates professionally with cross functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues./ppWork to improve customer VMI program: add, change and delete items, and drive efficiency to improve service
profitability./ppFollow company guidelines to establish selling prices and profit margins. Actively research profitability concerns./ppSupports in preparing continuous improvement reviews for our customers./ppWork with established reporting tools for inventory review and new item additions./ppManage customer portals for demand, quote requests, and corrective actions/ppMaintains and builds customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor/ppRead and decipher customer prints to provide accurate customer quotes/ppRecommend and identify internal process improvements./ppRespond timely to requests via all modes of communication (IE: phone, fax, email or chat)/ppUp sell products and services through weekly sales or company promotions./ppPerforms other duties, as assigned./pp Bachelors Degree Preferred. High school diploma/GED/pp Minimum 3 - 5 years customer service/inside sales or related experience is required./pp Intermediate to Advanced experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint./pp Advanced Excel skills./pp SAP skills are advantageous./pp Must be able to read and analyze customer purchase orders, drawings and vendor-supplied reference material./ppAbility to analyze data to make decision and impacts for the customer./pp Ability to supply customers with professional written, computer-generated or verbal quotations and recommendations./pp Must be able to verbalize thoughts and information via phone and in person clearly and concisely./ppExcellent judgement and decision-making skills/ppAbility to establish credibility, respect and trust from internal colleagues and external customers./ppAbility to keep employees motivated, create a team environment and resolve conflict./pp Must occasionally lift, carry or move up to 25 lbs./ppProactive supply chain solutions customized to your business, your industry/ppIndustrial products and services delivered with prompt, personal attention/ppInventory management solutions that keep your production line moving smoothly/ppComplete program support from initial design, to implementation, training, to ongoing analysis/ppMaternity/Paternal leave after 1 year of service/ppTuition Reimbursement eligible after 1 year of service/ppHealth benefits and programs - medical, vision, dental, life insurance and more/ppAdditional benefits 401(k), short term disability, long term disability/ppPaid Time Off, accrued per pay period, additional day earned per year of service/pp10 paid holidays/ppEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
