As an SDR, youll be the first point of contact for potential customers, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for the sales team. You will play a key role in the growth of our business by driving top of funnel outreach and pipeline growth./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliLead Generation
Prospecting: Identify and prospect new business opportunities through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach. Strong emphasis on proactive outbound prospecting - researching target accounts, personalizing outreach, and driving first-touch conversations to create pipeline./liliQualifying Leads: Engage with leads to qualify their needs, budget, and timeline, and ensure they are a good fit for our platform./liliNurture Relationships: Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with prospects, educating them on our product offerings and the value of WitnessAI./liliScheduling Demos/Meetings: Book qualified meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring smooth transitions from SDR to the supporting Regional Sales Director(s)./liliCRM Management: Update and manage prospect data in our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking of outreach, meetings, and pipeline activity./liliCollaboration: Work closely with sales and the marketing team to align efforts and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads./liliSales Training
