This is not commodity sales; every opportunity requires discovery, engineering coordination, and disciplined execution./ph3Role Summary/h3pThe Inside Sales Representative owns the full sales process for custom automation projects: prospecting, technical discovery, quoting, negotiation, and post-sale coordination. You will sell solutions that are built, not just selected from a catalog./ph3What Youll Do/h3pstrongOwn End-to-End Execution:/strong Manage the entire cycle (lead intake ? qualification ? proposal ? close ? handoff). Maintain strict pipeline hygiene and drive responsiveness./ppstrongSell Engineered Solutions:/strong Conduct technical discovery to uncover process needs (cycle time, quality, footprint) and translate them into internal engineering action items./ppstrongBuild Precision Proposals:/strong Coordinate BOMs, scope, and assumptions with Engineering. Ensure accuracy in specs, lead times, and pricing./ppstrongOperate AI-First:/strong Leverage tools like Claude or Gemini to accelerate research, draft proposals, and summarize calls to increase throughput without sacrificing quality./ppstrongCoordinate Execution:/strong Align scope and feasibility with engineering, purchasing, and service teams to prevent downstream surprises./ph3What Success Looks Like/h3pOpportunities are qualified correctly and progressed consistently. Quotes are accurate, well-structured, and delivered on time. You leverage AI workflows to maximize output and speed. You consistently close business with clean handoffs to operations./ph3Qualifications/h3pstrongRequired:/strong Proven inside sales experience owning the process end-to-end (industrial/technical preferred). Comfort selling custom solutions with ambiguity rather than catalog commodities. Strong attention to detail: accurate documentation, clean CRM discipline, and reliable follow-up. strongAI-First approach:/strong Demonstrated ability to use LLMs to speed up drafting and research./ppstrongPreferred:/strong Experience with automation, CNC, robotics, or industrial integration.
