We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable individual to be the face of our club each evening from 5pm to close. The ideal candidate will greet each member by name with a smile and assist new customers in navigating the club, creating a warm and inviting community./ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliDevelop and maintain relationships with current members on a first-name basis/liliDetermine prospects goals and motivations and provide knowledge on all products, programs, and services/liliEnsure prospects understand the value of [Your Club Name] in reaching their fitness goals/liliEngage in opportunities that positively impact the member experience/liliAdhere to operational excellence standards for providing a great member experience/liliConsistently seek opportunities to gain new members and elevate service levels/liliProspect for qualified leads and create traffic through mailers, referrals, outreach, etc./liliDevelop relationships within the community and local small businesses by involving the club in community events/liliBuild a network of contacts through prospecting and referrals/liliHandle member complaints and resolve issues promptly/liliMaintain a clean and orderly gym environment/liliReach and surpass monthly sales projections/liliPerform all basic transactions including billing changes, freezes, club-to-club transfers, and member-to-member transfers/liliAttend sales and training meetings as necessary/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliPrevious customer service or sales experience preferred/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills/liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills/liliAbility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed/liliPositive attitude and a team player/liliAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed/li/ulh3Benefits/h3ulliCompetitive pay/liliEmployee membership discounts/liliOpportunities for career growth and advancement/liliSupportive and dynamic work environment/li/ulpCompensation: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour/p/div
