Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills are necessary when working with the direct sales team to help ensure that all actions related to sales opportunities are completed accurately and on time./ppA successful Sales Coordinator will:/pulliExhibit strong interpersonal skills and work independently./liliAble to follow existing processes yet can think outside of the box to find win-win solutions for both internal and external customers./liliPossess strong organizational skills and can adapt quickly to changing situations./liliBe detailed oriented without losing sight of the big picture./liliReact with insightful and thoughtful solutions in a highly active sales environment./liliPossibly travel several times per year./li/ulpPerformance Objectives/ppThe following actions will ensure your success as an Inside Sales Coordinator:/polliIn the first 30-60 days you will: ulliFamiliarize yourself with Wavetronix systems, products, and technology./li/ul/liliAcquaint yourself with the traffic industry and Wavetronix customers./liliEnthusiastically participate in personal development./liliBe introduced into multiple teams./liliIn the first 60-120 days you will: ulliBe able to do basic job functions within CRM and GP systems./li/ul/liliIntroduction to bid lettings and prospecting./liliParticipate in multiple teams, including direct sales territory and other internal teams./liliIn 120+ days (and ongoing after that) you will: ulliPerform new business prospecting within assigned territories independently./li/ul/liliOversee the bid management process for all bids submitted by the territory sales team. This includes understanding the project timeline and needs, prospecting opportunities with creation and hand-off of the leads, reviewing specifications, assisting sales managers in developing quotes, following up on and revising quotes, and ensuring that all bids and other documents are submitted accurately and on time./liliFacilitate weekly meetings of the territory sales team./liliMaintain CRM and project files./liliDevelop strong relationships with team members and customer base./li/olpDesired Experience and Competencies/pulliTraffic industry experience preferred./liliAbility to stay focused and engaged in routine tasks./lili2+ years of CRM experience./liliPeople First: low drama, stabilizing team influence and building the team upward./liliGrowth Mindset: working to constantly improve processes and improve personally./liliInnovation Driven: ability to solve problems using the foundations provided and outward thinking./liliCollaborate actively in a team-oriented environment to accomplish shared goals and support cross-functional initiatives./liliCommunicate proactively and professionally with team members and managers to share updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment./liliParticipate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance personal growth, improve role-related skills, and contribute to team success./liliPerform other duties, tasks, and responsibilities as listed in GlassFrog./liliSupport other teams as assigned that may fall outside the essential duties and responsibilities of the role./li/ulpAbout Wavetronix/ppWavetronix core purpose is to enable rewarding careers and foster personal development.
