With a vast selection of some of the industrys top building products and millwork- including doors, windows, columns, decking, and more- we provide our dealers with top-of-the-line products from the best supplier brands in the country./ppThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the branch to ensure the successful execution of sales plans. The Inside Sales Representative sells, quotes, and promotes the building materials program in addition to ensuring prompt and accurate communication with customers on their orders and delivery dates./ppCompensation and Benefits/pulliCompetitive compensation package (base pay
commission)/liliCareer advancement opportunities/liliMedical, Vision, Dental Insurance/liliPaid time-off (PTO) and company paid holidays/lili401(k) Retirement Plan with company match/li/ulpEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliWork with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales./liliOvercome technical and business objections for prospective customers./liliEmphasize salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained./liliMake outbound sales calls based on sales activity plans generated by the Sales Manager or General Manager./liliDevelop and maintain customer relationships./liliEstimate date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, production and delivery schedules./liliInvestigate and resolve customer problems, including warranty service./liliUpdate customers of any changes to the promised delivery date./liliEnter new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database./liliComply with required company policies and procedures./liliCommunicate with buyers on product shortages or quality issues./liliAdditional duties may be assigned./li/ulpEducation and Experience/pulliAssociates degree or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school; Bachelors degree preferred/lili3-5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/li/ulpKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities/pulliProficient computer skills; experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint (intermediate or advanced)./liliMust exhibit customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone./liliResults driven and ability to generate innovative and creative solutions to problems./liliAbility to develop quick rapport with employees and customers./liliPossesses general business acumen./liliAbility to manage multiple projects./li/ulpSummary of Company Benefits/pulliHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance/liliHealth Savings Account (HSA)/liliFlexible Spending Account (FSA)/lili401(k) with a Company Match/liliGroup Term Life Insurance and ADD/liliEmployer Paid Long-Term
