We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join a friendly, independent property services company operating across the Bristol area. This role suits someone confident in sales and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Negotiating residential property sales from offer through to completion
Closing deals efficiently while maintaining high service standards
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Managing buyer enquiries and conducting viewings
Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors throughout the sales process
Identifying new business opportunities within the local market
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
Proven sales and negotiation ability
Professional telephone manner with a positive attitude
Ambitious, proactive, and self‑motivated approach
Knowledge of the Bristol property market (advantageous)
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
Professional and ethical approach to estate agency
