We are seeking a skilled and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in Fort Worth, Texas. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts safely and efficiently to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. This role is crucial to our daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate handling of goods within the warehouse. You will work closely with warehouse associates and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow and contribute to overall warehouse productivity. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong commitment to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential. You will be expected to perform pre-operational checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including strict compliance with PPE requirements, is mandatory. The ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting (up to 50 lbs), is necessary. This role is fundamental to our Logistics operations and contributes directly to our success.
