We are hiring enthusiastic Warehouse Workers for our facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This role involves a variety of essential tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and sort incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor and common areas.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting.
- Capability of lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help.
- Basic understanding of warehouse logistics and safety practices.
- Attention to detail.
