Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments from carriers.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock merchandise accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Prepare shipping labels and documentation for outgoing packages.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform heavy **Lifting** of up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and **Logistics** is beneficial.
- Commitment to adhering to **Safety** protocols and wearing required **PPE** (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
