Join our growing team as a Warehouse Worker in San Antonio, Texas! We are looking for dedicated individuals to perform a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping. This role is fundamental to our daily operations and ensures that our logistics processes run smoothly. You will be handling materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area according to Safety guidelines.
- Conduct inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Follow all company procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and following instructions.
- Ability to work in a team and independently.
- Willingness to adhere to all PPE requirements.
