We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Los Angeles, California. This role is crucial for ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. The Picker/Packer will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on order sheets, carefully packaging them for shipment, and ensuring all orders are prepared to meet quality and delivery standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position involves significant physical activity and adherence to strict safety protocols. You will be working with a variety of products, so the ability to handle different types of items is a plus. The ideal candidate is reliable, possesses good communication skills, and is committed to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Our logistics operations depend on the efficiency and accuracy of our picking and packing staff. You will be provided with the necessary training and personal protective equipment (PPE) to perform your duties safely. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Picking items accurately according to order specifications; Packing items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials; Labeling packages correctly for shipment; Maintaining a clean and organized work area; Adhering to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines; Performing other warehouse duties as assigned, such as stocking or quality checks. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods and perform moderate to heavy lifting.
