Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming merchandise.
- Efficiently pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and staging.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Follow all **Safety** procedures and guidelines.
- Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capability to perform **Lifting** tasks regularly, up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of **Logistics** and warehouse workflow.
- Knowledge of **Safety** practices and **PPE** usage.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
