Forklift Operator

We are looking for a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our busy distribution center in Boston, Massachusetts. This position is critical for the efficient flow of goods and materials, supporting our extensive Logistics network. You will operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment to move, stock, and retrieve inventory. Maintaining a safe work environment is our utmost priority, and adherence to all Safety regulations is mandatory. • Operate forklifts and other powered industrial trucks safely and efficiently to move materials.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers.
• Transport inventory to and from designated storage areas.
• Perform daily inspections of forklifts and other equipment, reporting any issues.
• Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock put-away.
• Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies, procedures, and government regulations.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times, ensuring it is in good condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, promoting a culture of Safety.
• Follow proper Lifting techniques when handling goods manually.
• Support the Logistics team in all aspects of warehouse operations.

• Valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Forklift Operator in a fast-paced Logistics environment.
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to perform physical duties, including occasional heavy Lifting.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts and adapt to operational needs.

• Must wear required PPE.
