Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Implement and monitor stock rotation procedures (e.g., FIFO).
- Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy.
- Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.
- Develop and recommend improvements to inventory control processes.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations and the proper use of **PPE**.
- Support the overall **logistics** team in managing stock levels effectively.
- Assist with occasional **lifting** and moving of inventory items.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
- Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand and follow **safety** procedures.
- Familiarity with **logistics** operations.
- Capability for light to moderate **lifting** (up to 30 lbs).
- Knowledge and use of **PPE**.
