Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Implement and monitor stock rotation procedures (e.g., FIFO).
  • Assist in receiving and put-away of incoming goods, ensuring accuracy.
  • Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.
  • Develop and recommend improvements to inventory control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations and the proper use of **PPE**.
  • Support the overall **logistics** team in managing stock levels effectively.
  • Assist with occasional **lifting** and moving of inventory items.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with WMS software and inventory management techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to understand and follow **safety** procedures.
  • Familiarity with **logistics** operations.
  • Capability for light to moderate **lifting** (up to 30 lbs).
  • Knowledge and use of **PPE**.
