We are hiring a dedicated Order Picker to join our dynamic team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment by retrieving items from our extensive warehouse inventory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Transport picked items to packing or staging areas.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Follow all **safety** guidelines and wear required **PPE**.
- Contribute to the efficiency of the **logistics** team by meeting picking targets.
- Perform **lifting** duties to retrieve and move products.
- Report any discrepancies in inventory or stock locations.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Participate in regular **safety** training sessions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive **lifting** up to 45 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Understanding of **PPE** and warehouse **safety** best practices.
- Familiarity with basic **logistics** concepts.
