You will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order slips and then carefully packing them for shipment. This requires attention to detail, speed, and accuracy. The ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions precisely is crucial. This position involves significant physical activity, including walking, standing, bending, and lifting. Experience with handheld scanners and warehouse management systems is a plus. - Accurately pick customer orders using a pick list or scanner.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures.
This role requires consistent lifting, with items often weighing up to 30-50 lbs. Proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE are mandatory for your safety.
