Business Analyst ? Our client is seeking a sharp, entry-level professional who’s excited to turn data into insight and insight into action. You'll work side-by-side with an experienced mentor, gaining real-world experience in reporting, visualization, and business problem-solving from day one. This role is ONSITE in Birmingham. C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able to work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Benefits & Extras Mentorship from a highly regarded data leader Learn Power BI and real-world reporting from the ground up Hands-on experience with data visuals, dashboards, and business insights Collaborative, growth-focused team environment Compensation: $50-55K What You’ll Be Doing Assist with building reports and visuals using Power BI Learn how to translate data into actionable insights Use Excel and SQL to explore and organize datasets Support day-to-day data analysis tasks and special projects Collaborate closely with a senior team member on high-impact work Build foundational skills in business intelligence Participate in feedback sessions to continuously grow your skills What You’ll Need to be Considered Exposure to Excel, SQL, or any data analysis tools A Bachelor’s degree or relevant coursework in progress Excitement about learning Power BI and becoming fluent in data storytelling An eagerness to work closely with a mentor and absorb new skills quickly #INDIT
