Your contribution will Improve learning and wellbeing outcomes through evidence, not assumption Bring an understanding of ML models, algorithms, data labeling, bias detection to inform and shape our ethical AI usage within our eLearning platform and other tools Ensure AI is used transparently, ethically and purpose-limited Strengthen accessibility, retention and progression across programmes Reduce risk by identifying unintended consequences early Support responsible innovation without extractive or surveillance practices This role helps eduSOIL innovate
with integrity and accountability . By fulfilling this critical role, you will be helping us to Build shared digital infrastructure across countries instead of fragmented systems Reduce dependency on external developers by strengthening internal technical judgement Prepare learning systems that are ready for responsible monetisation — without rushing it Integrate digital tools that genuinely support educators, youth and volunteers Scale learning without compromising care, ethics or inclusion This role ensures that
digital innovation serves people, learning and wellbeing first , creating strong foundations for ethical growth rather than reactive or extractive development. What are we looking for?
We are seeking a
values-led, delivery-aware AI and Data Analytics Manager
with strong technical literacy and a deep respect for safeguarding, pedagogy and wellbeing and who brings Experience in data analytics, AI, evaluation or insight roles Understanding of ethical AI use, bias and consent considerations Ability to translate data into practical recommendations Experience working in education, public sector or social impact contexts Clear communication and documentation skills Key Skills Data analysis Ethical AI Research & evaluation Insight & reporting Digital strategy Problem solving Collaboration Critical thinking We would prefer a AI and Data Analytics Manager who has Experience working with or alongside educators, facilitators, youth workers or programme teams digital platforms, online communities or blended learning environments evolving or imperfect systems, prototypes or MVPs Strong systems thinking and documentation skills, with the ability to reduce complexity rather than add to it identify what should be built, paused, adapted or retired translate delivery practice into scalable digital structures Confidence working in a collaborative, values-led organisation, with comfort navigating ambiguity willingness to escalate risks early commitment to reflective, wellbeing-informed practice Experience in charities, CICs, social enterprises or international contexts is highly valued but not essential. We are particularly interested in applicants who Are based in Northern Ireland (though this is not essential) Bring lived experience of migration, cultural transition or integration Have experience in arts, mindfulness, yoga or wellbeing practice alongside professional expertise Are motivated by equity, youth voice and ethical leadership This role suits someone who enjoys

We are seeking an
AI and Data Analytics Manager
to lead ethical data and analytics practice across eduSOIL’s learning and wellbeing systems. This role focuses on
insight, evaluation and evidence-led improvement , not building platforms or owning pedagogy. You will help eduSOIL understand what is working, where barriers exist, and how AI and analytics can responsibly support learning and wellbeing. Key Responsibilities Include
Designing analytics frameworks for learning, wellbeing and participation Supporting ethical AI use in learning and wellbeing contexts Advising on data-informed improvements to engagement and progression Evaluating no-code / low-code MVP strategies where appropriate Supporting service and systems design with evidence and insight Working closely with Programme Directors to interpret data meaningfully Advising Development and Service Design roles with analytical findings Ensuring development strategy aligns with safeguarding, consent and access principles Collaborating with external developers or vendors where required Supporting the scoping of UX UI This role
does not
build production systems, own learning design, or set pricing. This role operates within the Wellbeing & Learning Systems Innovation Handbook.
