Overview Futureheads has partnered with a health and fitness start up that has released a dietary management and coaching application, leveraging AI and bespoke personal coaching to help customers hit their health and fitness goals. They are already in profit and have some interesting updates on the horizon.
They require a backend engineer to own, build the backend architecture, set up API calls and ensure it is scalable due to forecasted growth. They also need to work with LLMs and AI tools to support coach productivity and personalized user experiences.
Responsibilities
Own and build backend architecture
Set up API calls and ensure scalability
Work with LLMs and AI tools to support coach productivity and personalized user experiences
Qualifications
3+ years of experience working in an early‑stage startup contributing to product scaling
Proficiency in TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, CGP
Experience with React and React Native on the front end is a plus
Benefits & Details
Fully remote in the UK
Salary £85,000 – £120,000 dependent upon experience
