TechOhana are working with a well-established Salesforce Partner who is looking to hire a talented Salesforce Developer to support the delivery of end-to-end Salesforce implementations across a varied client base.
This is a hybrid role, with fortnightly travel to the London office, offering flexibility alongside the opportunity to collaborate closely with delivery teams and stakeholders.
The Role As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll play a key role across the full project lifecycle — from requirements and solution design through to build, deployment, and post-go-live support. You’ll work on multiple client implementations, helping to design scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver end-to-end Salesforce implementations across the full development lifecycle
Build and customise Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and configuration
Collaborate with Consultants, Architects, and Project Managers to translate requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to solution design and technical decision-making
Support testing, deployment, and release management
Ensure best practices around security, performance, and scalability
Requirements
Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer
Strong end-to-end implementation experience within Salesforce
Experience working in a Salesforce Partner / consultancy environment (highly desirable)
Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Salesforce certifications are beneficial but not essential
