This is an exciting time of growth for us, and we are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst to help us continue this success. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Team Leader, you’ll support the development of procedures and methods to evaluate the effectiveness of controls across Premium Credit. You’ll understand operational processes and procedures as well as the risk and control points. You’ll perform effectiveness testing and assist in the annual adequacy review process. Supporting the continuous improvement of testing procedures, you will ensure appropriate documentation is in place and that testing scripts are relevant and accurate Monitor industry updates to guarantee testing remains effective Develop and maintain relationships across teams and functional departments Contribute to reporting and meetings to ensure that clear and valuable information is provided.
