We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager within our I&C business covering the South West. We are looking for a high performing sales leader who can shape and deliver a challenging growth plan to achieve year-on-year growth and success.
You will be looking after a team of telesales and field sales executives spread across the region. You will utilise your accomplishments, experience and drive, within industry, to maximise sales in current streams and develop a challenging growth plan to achieve the goals set by SUEZ.
What You’ll Be Doing You will be responsible for creating, developing, deploying and delivering the SW Sales Strategy, identifying existing areas of strength as well as new business opportunities. You will lead and take pro-active ownership for the Field Sales and Inside Sales teams to enhance skills and maximise performance.
You will collaborate with marketing teams to elevate the regional proposition to improve brand perception and sales.
What We’re Looking For
You are a creative, truly accomplished, talented, commercially focused and driven Regional Sales Manager with a proven background within the recycling and resource industry, or high-volume B2B service industries.
You will have successfully managed a sales team previously and have excellent leadership & people management skills.
You have implemented commercial innovation to develop and deliver targeted sales campaigns to boost sales in key localities.
You will be a leader who recognises the key balance between commercial excellence, customer delivery, and team leadership.
You are a passionate leader, implementing personal development plans to foster a culture of high performing energetic teams and effective senior members that facilitate coaching, mentoring and improved performance.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is essential.
