*Overview*
We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused *Pediatric Dentist* to join a well-established, high-demand pediatric practice in the Columbia, South Carolina market. This is a confidential opportunity due to an upcoming provider transition.
While a pediatric dentist is strongly preferred, we are also open to considering a *strong general dentist who is comfortable seeing strictly pediatric patients* and confident in managing comprehensive pediatric care.
*Clinical Focus & Requirements*
* Comfort providing core pediatric dental procedures
* Ability to manage a full pediatric schedule independently
* Experience with *general anesthesia (GA)* and/or *oral sedation (OR)* is a plus, but not required
* Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
* Strong communication skills with patients, parents, and team members
*Schedule & Support*
* Full-time ideal (4–5 days per week)
* Well-trained clinical and administrative support team
* Established patient base with immediate productivity
