What We Offer Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 per year on average in commission based on performance ALL leads are provided to you, no cold calling or door knocking! 2 - 3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments a day! Absolutely NO cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm & pre-confirmed. We want you to be able to focus on doing what you do best
selling! Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas Promote company products and services Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts Provide best-in-class customer experience Work a full schedule, including evenings and Saturdays Key Qualifications Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience is a plus! Must be self-motivated and results oriented Positivity, flexibility, determination and a persuasive personality Exceptional customer service Ability to meet and exceed goals Works successfully without requiring close supervision Road warrior; own a reliable vehicle, have a valid driver's license and enjoy being on the road!
