Location:
Fully onsite in Raleigh/Durham, NC
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract:
1-year assignment (strong potential for conversion)
Pay:
$25–$30/hour
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Site Operations to establish and manage maintenance planning processes through the CMMS for assigned shifts.
- Support the implementation of the Maintenance Master Plan while commissioning and qualifying new equipment and systems.
- Collaborate across departments to align maintenance activities, documentation, and requalification efforts.
- Independently plan and schedule work orders, coordinating with internal teams and contractors to ensure efficiency and minimal disruption.
- Develop detailed, accurate job plans within the CMMS for both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Communicate effectively with Facilities, Engineering, Quality, and Inventory teams on work order progress, safety requirements (LOTO, PPE, access), and completion status.
- Participate in audits, assist with documentation, and contribute to site metrics and performance reporting.
- Support digital documentation and process tracking using SharePoint and related systems.
- Actively participate in Work Cell Team meetings and shift turnovers, ensuring thorough planner updates and communication.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of Maintenance Planning experience, OR
- Associate's Degree with 2+ years of experience, OR
- Bachelor's Degree with 6+ months of experience, OR
- Master's Degree (no experience required).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated environments (GMP, OSHA, EPA) with strong knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Proven CMMS experience (Maximo preferred) and solid understanding of world-class maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service focus and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
