Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience
• Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and handle inquiries efficiently
• Handle guest requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention to detail
• Maintain accurate records during night audits and assist with daily reconciliation processes
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest concerns swiftly
• Support guest relations by resolving issues diplomatically and ensuring high levels of satisfaction

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively
• Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is beneficial
• Strong customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward guest engagement
• Knowledge of resort operations, guest services, and hospitality standards to deliver exceptional service
• Experience with night audit procedures or hotel management tasks is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
